Method of settling a disputed claim where each party to the claim selects a competent, impartial arbitrator who then chooses a third competent, impartial arbitrator. If the two cannot agree upon a third arbitrator, then a judge is requested to choose the third arbitrator. Both parties make disclosure to each other of all information as required by the arbitrators in the scheduling and discovery order. Each party will pay expenses it incurs, including the attorney fees and related costs of the third arbitrator. A decision agreed to by two of the arbitrators is binding.
